Alexander Savitskiy, 20 years old, is mentally disabled. In the image, he shows the document certifying that he's a victim of Chernobyl accident. He was a healthy boy when he was born but after two years he started experiencing a delay in his mental development. Along with his mother, Alexander lives in Boyarka, inside the so called Fourth Zone, an area where lots of evacuated people from the Exclusion Zone were relocated and that it is said to be contaminated as well
